Floods declared in VALLY,  Centre assures of all support to Jammu and Kashmir :

J & K government on Monday declared a flood situation in Kashmir Valley as Jhelum river crossed the danger mark in Srinagar following incessant rains. All schools & Collage in the Valley have been closed for two days after heavy rains inundated huge areas.
P M Narendra Modi today rushed minister  Abbas Naqvi to Kashmir for on-the-spot assessment of the flood situation and to coordinate with state authorities for whatever help is required.
